MEN’S CHORUS SINGS FOR CALIFORNIA WILDFIRE VICTIMS

The West Coast Mennonite Men’s Chorus – Over 70 singers and
instrumentalists will be giving a free concert Saturday, April 15, 6:00PM at
the Shaghoian Concert Hall at Clovis North High School, 2770 East
International Avenue, Fresno .
The Chorus is made up of farmers, doctors, bus drivers, attorneys, truck
drivers, teachers, etc., most living in the San Joaquin Valley and the central
coast.
A desire to share the love of God through music and to raise money for
disaster victims in need is what draws these men together.
This year the chorus is excited and honored to have joining them NEWWIN
4 – a gifted and talented string quartet whose members have performed
with various artists including Mannheim Steamroller and Jackie Evancho on
America’s Got Talent.
The chorus director is Randy Janzen, former vocal and instrumental
instructor at Baymonte Christian Schools in Santa Cruz and previous
director of music at Neighborhood Church in Visalia – now music director at
Reedley Mennonite Brethren Church.
Come to this free concert and hear the worshipful four, five and six part
harmonies of the West Coast Mennonite Men’s Chorus and NEWWIN 4
This year’s offering will be taken to rebuild fire ravaged homes in Paradise
and Butte County California.
