The Ark Community Church is offering Diabetes Undone, and interactive workshop to help prevent and improve diabetes. It is composed by Dr. Wes Youngberg, a diabetes expert and author of Goodbye Diabetes”.

It is a hope-filled, life changing 8-session video workshop.

Each class includes tasty food samples and discussion time, as well as inspiring wellness presentations, a practical cookbook, an idea-filled workbook, “8 Laws of Health DVD, and online access to each session after the initial viewing.

The enrollment fee is $50/family.

An informational and registration session is on July 18 at 6:30pm at The Ark Community Church, 1625 E. Walnut in Visalia.

Classes begin July 25, 6:30-8:30pm, and will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays through August 17.
